which explains how equipment will be transported and whether this is within a
safe distance to carry equipment or if transport has been arranged what type,
who and the safety of this. E.g. parent/student’s own vehicle. Equipment is
counter signed by both tutor and technician to avoid students borrowing
equipment without tutor’s prior knowledge.
